This is a key business role with direct impact on economic planning, performance analysis, and executive-level decision support. **Prior experience in a corporate headquarters or Big Four firms is highly valued, bringing financial rigor, analytical insight, and exposure to highly demanding environments.** **Responsibilities:** -------------------------------------- * Preparation, coordination, and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts. * Analysis of variances against budget and proposal of corrective action plans. * Preparation of financial and management reporting for General Management and Financial Management. * Review of P\&L statements, provision analysis, and support during monthly closings. * Monitoring and control of CAPEX. * Margin analysis by business line, customer, and/or operating unit. * Inventory control and analysis of key financial and operational KPIs. * Development and maintenance of the analytical accounting and cost accounting model. * Consolidation of group financial statements, integrating data from all group entities (balance sheets, income statements, and consolidated reporting). * Process analysis, operational efficiency assessment, and ad\-hoc profitability studies. * Acting as a business partner to support data-driven decision-making. **Requirements:** ------------------- * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; postgraduate studies in Management Control or Controlling are advantageous. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Management Controller in highly complex environments. * Experience in companies with complex corporate structures and large volumes of financial information. * Solid experience in group financial statement consolidation, including multiple subsidiaries, consolidated balance sheets, and income statements. * **Advanced Excel proficiency.** * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) and SQL, with emphasis on data analysis and exploitation. * Highly analytical profile, detail-oriented, committed to continuous improvement and process optimization. * Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. * Capacity to work cross-functionally across various business areas in dynamic and demanding environments. * **Prior experience in a corporate headquarters or Big Four firms is highly valued, bringing financial rigor, analytical insight, and exposure to highly demanding environments.** **Conditions:** ---------------- * Stable and strategic project within a growing organization. * Role with tangible impact on financial planning and decision-making. * Data-driven, efficiency-focused, and continuously improving professional environment. * Professional development with high exposure to senior management and a holistic view of the business. * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. * Standard office working hours. * On-site employment.
