A leading company in the gaming sector requires the incorporation of an Engineer capable of planning, coordinating, and supervising the technical and operational activities of the maintenance and general services area, through management of human teams, material resources, and technical processes, ensuring efficiency, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance across all organizational facilities and equipment, as well as leading the contracting of projects, resources, and specialized technical personnel. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance area, assigning tasks, supervising their execution, and evaluating the productivity and performance of personnel under supervision. 2. Design and implement operational strategies, preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and continuous improvement measures focused on energy and functional efficiency. 3. Monitor the budget allocated to the area, including supplier contracting, procurement of materials, and assessment of the technical and economic return on implemented actions. 4. Establish procedures, internal standards, and technical intervention criteria, coordinated with heads of other departments. 5. Coordinate with other company areas for execution of maintenance and service work, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted workflow in daily operations. 6. Plan and manage technical staff shifts, schedules, and coverage, ensuring availability and suitability of human resources. 7. Monitor external maintenance contracts, validating their technical, economic, and documentary compliance. 8. Carry out technical projects and contract specialized services or engineering personnel, ensuring alignment with company needs. 9. Conduct periodic team meetings to communicate objectives, operating policies, technical updates, and implemented improvements. 10. Collaborate with General Management in preparing technical reports and supporting strategic decision-making for the area. Carry out any other tasks inherent to the maintenance or services area as assigned by senior management. **EDUCATION/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:** - University degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Building Engineering, Installation Engineering, or equivalent. - Extensive experience in managing technical teams, resource planning, and operational management of maintenance and installations. - Knowledge of applicable technical regulations: industrial safety, occupational risk prevention, energy efficiency, public or private service contracting. - Organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and experience managing demanding technical environments.
