KITCHEN ASSISTANT – TABERNA LA LOLA Taberna La Lola, located in Granada, is seeking to hire a Kitchen Assistant to work part-time (20 hours per week). Responsibilities This position focuses primarily on the preparation and assembly of tapas and cold dishes, as our establishment does not have a conventional kitchen. Main responsibilities include: * Preparation and production of tapas. * Production and assembly of cold dishes. * Preparation and cutting of ingredients. * Assembly and presentation of prepared items. * Organization and maintenance of the work area. * Food stock control and preservation. * Cleaning and tidying of the workstation. * Compliance with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Supporting the team during peak workload periods. Requirements * Prior experience in kitchen work, tapas preparation, or food production. * Hospitality industry experience is desirable. * Basic knowledge of food handling and preservation. * Ability to work in an organized, efficient, and clean manner. * Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team. * Autonomy and initiative are especially valued. Conditions * Position: Kitchen Assistant. * Schedule: Part-time – 20 hours per week. * Contract: Employment contract governed by the applicable Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector in Granada. * Remuneration: As stipulated by the Collective Agreement, prorated to working hours. * Salary payments: 12 monthly payments, with extraordinary payments distributed proportionally. * Start date: Immediate. * Workplace: Taberna La Lola, Granada.
