Supervise and delegate tasks to store operators; Manage and resolve customer complaints/suggestions; Ensure their area is properly organized according to established standards; Provide feedback and supervise the team; Manage stock by acting proactively to prevent item shortages; Place orders from respective areas; Control product quality upon store entry; Validate weekly breaks in respective areas; Monitor and implement the rollout of campaigns, promotional actions, tops, islands, according to established guidelines; Supervise the training of new employees, being responsible for their onboarding within their areas; Replace the Store Manager, assuming warehouse management duties when necessary.
