Position Summary: Providing reception and social support to families and individuals seeking international protection, to foster their social inclusion and autonomy through social intervention and network-based collaboration. Design, facilitation, and evaluation of group activities **Workplace**: *Camino de Ronda 172, 18003, Granada.* **Program**: *International Protection Reception Project via coordinated action* **Professional Group:** *1* **Working Hours**: *19.125 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday.* **Gross Monthly Salary**: *€966.64 (14 payments per year)* **Gross Annual Salary:** *€13,532.95* **Contract Type:***Substitute Temporary Contract* **Start Date:** *Immediate* **Probation Period:** *2 months* **Hierarchical Reporting*****:*** *Andalusia International Protection Coordinator* **Functional Reporting:** *Technical Coordinator, Migration and Refugee Area* **POSITION MISSION** Reception of families and individuals applying for or benefiting from international protection. Social intervention with families and individuals accommodated in the project’s temporary shelter placements. Supporting the social inclusion and autonomy of program participants through network-based collaboration with community resources and group interventions. **FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Initial reception, social and family interviews. * Design of social interventions for families and individuals participating in the Program. * Coverage of needs and management of program-provided assistance. * Support during visits to project housing units. * Support in monitoring cohabitation. * Management of admissions and discharges. * Preparation of reports on: admission, follow-up, extension proposals, transfer, mandatory/precautionary discharge, and referrals. * Network-based collaboration. * Coordination with professionals from other resources and services. * Registration in the information system of case files for families and individuals served, along with follow-ups and actions carried out. * Support in preparing technical reports and program follow-up reports. * Team meetings. * Case supervision meetings. * Accompaniment to specialized resources and services. * Coordination with other project work areas. * Design, facilitation, and evaluation of group activities. **BENEFITS**: * Flexible entry and exit times. * Partial remote work. * For full annual working hours: 60 hours of flexible time. * 23 working days of vacation. * Opportunities for work-life balance. * Opportunities for career and professional development. * PC and smartphone with access to M365 environment. * Participation in social innovation, digital transformation, and agility initiatives. ### **Minimum Requirements** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education or Social Work. **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING** * Training and/or experience in migration. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum one-year experience in projects supporting vulnerable groups under a housing-based support model. * Training and/or experience in conflict mediation. * Experience providing social accompaniment to families at risk of social exclusion. * Experience applying a gender and/or LGTBI+ perspective. Experience working in NGOs and within collaborative networks. * **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Registration with the Galicia College of Social Work, or eligibility for registration upon holding a Social Work qualification. * User-level computer skills (Office). * Certificate confirming absence of sexual offenses. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Training related to the National Security Framework. * Disability certificate indicating at least 33% disability. * Training in gender-based intervention. * Familiarity with the SIRIA application. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Training related to the National Security Framework. **COMPETENCIES** * Commitment to the organization and strategic vision. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Participant-centered orientation. * Empathy. * Frustration tolerance. * Organizational ability. * Effective communication.
