Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer-passionate Manager to lead a dynamic team in the retail sector, ensuring commercial strategy execution and achievement of business objectives. As a MANAGER, you will be responsible for: * Managing your store to ensure alignment with the Company’s commercial strategy, achieving set targets for sales, profitability, and service levels, while leading a motivated and dynamic team. To achieve this: * You will ensure and monitor compliance with commercial policies (implementations, actions, events, theatricalization thereof, and product range presence). * You will analyze and track store performance against established benchmarks, proposing necessary action plans to correct deviations. * You will address customer suggestions and complaints, implementing continuous follow-up using the defined tools and indicators. * You will act as the Team Motivator, ensuring a positive in-store atmosphere, encouraging team members’ input and individual initiative, and guaranteeing regular and effective communication across departments.
