Teamwork in automated processes with a focus on quality. We are recruiting production operators for a company in the plastic packaging and components manufacturing sector, located in Granada. The company is well-established in the industrial sector and employs automated processes, emphasizing quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include supervising and monitoring machines during shifts, following production orders, inspecting part quality, and labeling finished products. Additional duties involve packing, stacking, and preparing final products; identifying defective parts; managing waste; and maintaining workplace order. Operators must also report incidents to supervisors and complete production documentation. This is a full-time temporary contract with weekly rotating shifts: morning (07:00–15:00), afternoon (15:00–23:00), and night (23:00–07:00), Monday through Friday. Immediate start is available, along with a positive work environment and the opportunity to gain experience in a large-scale industrial company. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in production lines or industrial environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to perform physical labor and maintain production pace. * Responsible, dynamic, and committed individual. * Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience in the plastic or industrial sector. * Valid forklift operator license. * Autonomy, initiative, and adaptability to production environments. * Quality orientation and adherence to work procedures.
