Currently, we are looking to hire a social professional (**social workers, social educators, psychologists)** in the **Granada** area. Your responsibilities will include establishing initial contact with users, conducting periodic reassessments, and analyzing the social and family context at the user's home. Additionally, you will coordinate with Social Services to report vulnerable cases or critical situations. **What will you do in the role and what will be your responsibilities?** * Conduct initial contact with applicants to gather and provide information, and prepare the necessary reports for service enrollment. * Perform scheduled periodic reassessments when changes in the user’s conditions or situation are detected, reviewing benefits as appropriate. * Collaborate in the preventive identification of the social and family environment through analysis of the household's reality. * Ensure proper coordination with Social Services within your work area, reporting vulnerable cases and critical situations. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract. * Part-time schedule. * Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. * Join a young, dynamic team with a positive working environment. **The ideal candidate:** You must hold a university degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Social Education.
