From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are seeking a **BIM Design Technician**, who—integrated into the Technical Office team—will be responsible for producing all plans required for the manufacturing and assembly of contracted works, as well as preparing the plans needed for project presentations. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Design drawing preparation and structural modeling using Tekla Structures, and fabrication drawing preparation: this includes reinforcement detailing of components and rebar cutting schedules. * Preparation of fit-up drawings or draft layouts: produced for highly complex and large-scale projects, enabling the client to obtain an overall view of the work. * Manufacturing sketches: prepared for unusual components upon request from the factory. * Crane and assembly drawings, upon request from the assembly department. * Technical advice to manufacturing and commercial departments. \#LI\-OM1 We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Building Projects; technical education in Building and Civil Engineering. * Meticulous and detail-oriented, capable of sustaining attention over extended periods, possessing strong concentration ability, spatial awareness, and technical drawing skills. * Spanish language proficiency.
