The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, participating in projects, services, and training directly related to MongoDB, with opportunities for specialization and official high-level certification. This is an excellent opportunity for technical professionals with MongoDB experience who wish to progress into an international consulting role. Main Responsibilities: * Participation in projects and services related to MongoDB * Administration, development, and support of MongoDB databases * Incident resolution and performance optimization * Data modeling in NoSQL environments * Collaboration in technical training activities for clients * Interaction with international teams in technical environments Adherence to best practices and quality standards * Requirements: * **MongoDB experience** (database administration, development, or support) * Experience in technical environments (databases, backend, or Data) * **Advanced English level C1** mandatory (international environment and English-language training) * Strong communication skills Junior–mid profile with motivation to specialize in MongoDB * Preferred Qualifications: * MongoDB certification * Experience or interest in technical training * Development experience (Java, Python, or .NET) * Experience with other NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Couchbase) Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) * What We Offer: * Stable assignment to a top-tier client project * **Permanent full-time contract** * **100% remote work** (with occasional on-site presence possible in Madrid or Barcelona) * Salary range of **€30,000 – €45,000** gross per year, depending on experience * Company-funded **advanced official MongoDB certification** * Career path toward MongoDB specialist * Participation in **international projects** * Access to continuous training and flexible compensation 23 working days of vacation per year * If you are seeking an opportunity to specialize in MongoDB, work in an international environment, and advance your career in the data domain, we want to meet you.
