




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a glass manufacturing company located in Gijón. The main responsibilities of this position will include comprehensive management of delivery notes, invoices, telephone customer service, and client interaction. Various general administrative tasks will be carried out, as well as handling the computer programs required to perform the job. Direct support tasks to the general administration will also be performed, along with other functions typical of day-to-day administrative work. Working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The shift will be split, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:30, including the corresponding legal breaks. * Minimum one year’s prior experience in a role equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. GM/GS in Administration or similar is desirable.
