Job Responsibilities Your main responsibilities may include: · Supporting the management and development of relationships with clients and travel agencies, with a focus on loyalty and effective resolution of incidents. · Collaborating in the optimization and commercialization of strategic services for independent hotels, negotiating terms and advising on sales strategy. · Handling and managing international requests and reservations, performing follow-ups, confirmations, and modifications to deliver high-quality service. · Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of commercial objectives. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? · Recent graduates in Tourism, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Philology (vocational training programs and undergraduate degrees). · Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are valued. · Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation. · Proactive profile with enthusiasm for professional growth within a dynamic and multicultural environment. · Prior experience (though not mandatory) in travel agencies, hotels, customer service, or reservations is considered an advantage. ### **Offered Benefits** What do we offer?
