Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced motor grader operator for site clearing, spreading, and grading of terrain, ensuring equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of motor grader for site clearing and terrain grading 2. Preparation of platforms and road bases according to specifications 3. Coordination with construction team and compliance with safety requirements **Responsibilities:** * Operation and control of motor grader for site clearing, spreading, and grading tasks. * Preparation of platforms, roads, and road bases in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Basic machinery maintenance and daily functional checks. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention measures. * Coordination with other construction team members and the site supervisor. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a motor grader operator. * Training or certification in heavy machinery operation. * Knowledge of grading techniques and basic blueprint reading. * Responsibility, autonomy, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Driver's license and construction sector occupational risk prevention (PRL) courses are desirable.
