Job Summary: We are seeking a SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Drafter to design metal components, interpret drawings, and support industrialization in the chemical sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of structural metal components and tooling. 2. Interpretation and digitization of technical documentation. 3. Support for component industrialization. The Téciman team’s approach is reflected in the work we perform for our clients. For new projects in the **Chemical Sector**, we require a **SOLIDWORKS MECHANICAL DRAFTER**. Reporting to the Project Director, the main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** * Design of structural metal components, composite materials, tooling, and articulated systems. * Interpretation and analysis of sketches, drawings, and basic construction project documentation; digitization of technical information. * Updating documentation associated with each component. * Bill-of-materials (BOM) breakdown and drawing interpretation. * Design and drafting of structures, assemblies, and BOMs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, executing CAD projects in 2D and 3D within the industrial sector; dimensioning of detailed construction drawings; bill-of-materials; items. * BOM breakdown and drawing interpretation for cutting, bending, etc. * Support for component industrialization for developed projects. * Development of graphical project documentation by creating two- and three-dimensional representations to ensure correct execution. * Review of validation tests and trials for BOMs and commercial components. * Other duties as may arise within the department. **Requirements:** * Education in Mechanical Engineering, Vocational Training, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is essential. * Experience in mechanical design, executing projects in 2D and 3D. * Competence in dimensioning and preparation of part and assembly drawings, bill-of-materials. * Ability to perform analytical calculations for mechanical justification. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes for parts and assemblies. * Ability to understand client technical specifications and develop compliant designs. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is essential. **Languages:** * English B2 **Location:** * Cáceres. **Offer:** * Salary commensurate with proven experience. * Immediate incorporation. * Project-based and indefinite contract, provided via outsourcing.
