Project coordination and execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative and operational projects, ensuring alignment with Amnesia Ibiza’s brand vision and standards. 2\. Timeline management and deadline adherence Plan and oversee schedules, workshops, and deliverables, motivating the team to meet deadlines with precision and maximum quality. 3\. Design supervision and brand consistency Ensure visual quality and brand identity consistency across all materials, applying design knowledge to maintain a strong, unified image. 4\. Performance tracking and reporting Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs, generating periodic updates and data-driven recommendations for management and stakeholders. 5\. Communication and cross-team coordination Act as the liaison between internal teams, external collaborators, and vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient resolution of issues. 6\. Risk management and process optimization Identify risks and opportunities, implementing creative solutions to improve workflow efficiency and ensure successful outcomes.
