JOB DESCRIPTION: Head of Program Management \& Portfolio Reporting Senior program manager able to contribute proactively in cross\-verticals programs closely working with program sponsors and owners to ensure an agile definition, coordination and execution of the program. Additionally will manage a small team in charge of ensuring the implementation of a common program management framework across verticals and generating a central reporting on the HBX programs portfolio to be consumed by SMT and key leaders across the organization.* Assume program manager role on key cross\-verticals initiatives working closely with program sponsors and owners to ensure an agile definition, coordination and execution of the program. * Monitoring and producing quality reporting on the HBX Strategy \& functional portfolio delivery, ensuring the right level of monitoring and visibility, ensuring alignment with HBX strategy gathering input from the different project and program managers in an efficient manner * Ensure alignment with the Portfolio Management and program management functions to create a unique source of truth of the portfolio status for the company. * Define the program management excellence framework with the objective to raise the bar of the program and project managers across the organization by providing best practices, frameworks, tooling and processes * Provide an independent view on the progress and status of the projects in the portfolio, its setup, governance and quality of its sponsorship, ownership, project management and stakeholders collaboration and dedication being able where required to setup and follow\-up corrective actions to ensure a successful execution of the projects. Program manage key initiatives.* Decide the best approach to implement program management framework * Decide the best approach to implement the portfolio reporting * Accountable of producing quality reporting on the HBX Strategy \& functional portfolio delivery * Recommend and follow\-up corrective actions on ways of working, managing, setup and reporting programs. Requirements:* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project or program management at a global organization * Experience of managing complex, high\- risk programs * Experience in PMO processes * Experience of managing and developing people in a multicultural and global organization * Excellent understanding of project and program management methodologies * Excellent ability to generate Portfolio reporting for Executive level consumption being able to share areas that require improvement and align corrective action plans. * Ability to align project management practices with organizational goals and strategies * Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions * Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work with cross functional teams * Ability to share constructive challenge and influence programs’ setup to increase success delivery chances. * Entrepreneurial spirit to bring innovative ideas about potential optimization and/or process improvements * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) including solid presentation skills to synthesize complex topics into actionable insights (for senior stakeholders) * Solid analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills * Ability to manoeuvre through high uncertainty and constant change * Ability to lead the responsibilities outlined in an autonomous manner * Languages: English (MUST) and Spanish (desirable) You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Global Digital Acquisition \& Onboarding Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients through digital campaigns and guiding their growth during the initial months of engagement. This includes ensuring smooth onboarding experience and early\-stage performance before transitioning clients to frontline teams for long\-term management. The role combines strategic campaign design, operational execution, and team leadership to maximize client conversion, satisfaction, and lifetime value. Accountabilites: Constantly improve current digital campaigns, together with Customer Automation \& Experience, and launch new ones to improve our lead \& booking conversion* Design, launch, and continuously optimize digital acquisition and onboarding campaigns in collaboration with the Customer Automation \& Experience team. * Leverage data and insights to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and performance. Lead \& coach an efficient team of sales executives able to influence \& convince new clients to make their first bookings with us \& generate growth in the first months of life* Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to drive early\-stage client engagement and growth. * Set clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a high\-performance culture. Cross\-Functional Collaboration* Coordinate with Directors, Managers and ther teams to align market pipelines and feed campaigns with high\-potential leads. * Work closely with CX\&A, Commercial and Marketing to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Review weekly and monthly performance trends towards the target \& conversion rates* Track and analyze weekly/monthly performance metrics using tools like Tableau and Salesforce. * Provide visibility to senior management and frontline teams, and implement mitigation plans when targets are at risk. JOB DESCRIPTION: The M\&E Programme Manager will oversee the implementation of the M\&E strategic roadmap that will enhance the success of HBX Group. Ensuring that planning and execution is embodied by a sense of urgency and accountability. Keeping the pressure on initiative owners and coaches them when necessary. To do this well, they need to coordinate the activity across all M\&E product lines and other group functions, challenge existing practices and identify new and better ways of working.
