Growth and cost-saving opportunities, and resource optimization. **Description:** ---------------- You will be responsible for functions related to the operational delivery of telecommunications services, managing the human resources dedicated to such operations and ensuring compliance with service levels agreed upon with the client. This role enables you to manage facilities competently and instill confidence in the client. You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and drive improvement initiatives or specific projects together with suppliers. Your ability to organize work, meet commitments, and build trust—both with the client and your team—will be critical. Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for daily client interaction, anticipating client needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Direct responsibility for the contract’s profit-and-loss account and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract. Optimize resources and identify synergies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation for services, particularly regarding occupational health and safety. * Prepare periodic reports. * Ensure compliance with SLAs. * Perform monthly billing and budget performance analysis, covering both operational and extraordinary activities. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Manage documentation generated at the property. * Draft the annual audit plan for facilities and all physical locations within the building. * Monitor client complaints and analyze the specific needs of each department or user group. * Monitor construction works carried out in the building. * Daily management of cleaning, industrial cleaning (GMP), maintenance, landscaping, and logistics services. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or related field is highly desirable. * Intermediate-level qualification, second-degree technician/specialist certification, and/or extensive experience in this role. * A Master’s degree in Facility Management is an asset. * Knowledge of applicable Integrated Management System procedures. * Knowledge of GMP regulations (highly desirable). * Fluent English is mandatory. **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through our Flexible Compensation Plan.
