The selected candidate will work on developing a next-generation datalink for communication between ground control stations (GCS) and various aircraft, with a strong focus on FCAS-oriented design. The role involves low-level development on signal processing chains based on MPSoC and RFSoC. **General Responsibilities:** -------------------------------- * Develop software modules in **C and C\+\+**, running on **FreeRTOS**, for integration into the signal processing chain. * Contribute to the implementation of the processing chain on **MPSoC and RFSoC** architectures. * Participate in the future migration of the system to an embedded platform based on **PetaLinux**. * Integrate software modules into **Xilinx SoC** architectures. * Design, implement, and debug **low-level drivers**, hardware-software interfaces, and critical communication protocols. * Collaborate in validation, testing, and debugging activities in the lab. **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience in **embedded software development** for real-time control applications. * Experience working with **real-time operating systems**, such as **FreeRTOS** or **PetaLinux**. * Experience integrating software modules into **Xilinx SoC** architectures. * Proficiency in **C/C\+\+** and knowledge of **Python**. * Experience with **Google Test / Google Mock** and **unit testing frameworks**. * Knowledge of **kernel** and **schedulers**. * Proven ability to design, implement, and debug **firmware and low-level drivers**. **We Are Bertrandt** We are an independent, international development services provider with many years of experience in the automotive industry.
