




Job Summary: We are looking for a Fishmonger to handle and prepare fish, ensuring quality and freshness, and advising customers in a dynamic environment. Key Points: 1. As part of the store team and reporting to the Seafood Department Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Perform daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon entry. * Handle, clean, and cut fish, maintaining standards of freshness and quality. * Set up the seafood counter so that the full product range is accessible. * Recommend, advise, and inform customers about product features to ensure an excellent shopping experience. * Clean, organize, and supervise fish-handling tools and equipment, as well as maintain facilities (chillers and drains). * Collaborate with the Seafood Department Manager in supervising tasks and managing the fishmonger team. * Monitor existing stock, supporting the Seafood Department Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders.
