Job Description **What challenge do we propose?** Within our Infrastructure Management unit, we have an opportunity to hire a Systems Administrator with advanced English proficiency. The work model is hybrid, based in Arturo Soria. Requirements **What are we looking for?** We seek a Systems Administrator with knowledge of Linux and Windows, networking, experience in ITSM environments, and the ability to write bash scripts. The selected candidate must be familiar with deploying use cases, installing and maintaining agents on applications and databases, as well as managing incidents in network and operating system environments (including triage tasks), monitoring, and ticket management using ITSM tools. Advanced English is required, as the team operates in an international environment and regular interaction and coordination with global stakeholders and teams will be necessary.
