Paid training at €10 gross/day (payment guaranteed only if the first month of employment is successfully completed); selection is based on attendance and commitment. * Availability to work at our Alcobendas office during assigned irregular shifts within the 9:00–20:00 timeframe. What do we offer our new Konecta talent? * Initial fixed-term contract (due to production circumstances) for 35 weekly hours, with genuine prospects for continuity thereafter. * Irregular 35-hour weekly schedule assigned within the 9:00–20:00 window. The first and last weeks of each month involve higher workload, with reduced hours in the remaining weeks—maintaining an average of 35 hours/week per month.
