About the Role Technically lead front-end projects by defining architectures, design patterns, and coding standards. Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders on technical planning, effort estimation, scope definition, and risk management. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. Implement modern, intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers, using CSS/SCSS for layout. Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E), and development practices such as TDD or BDD. Optimize front-end application performance and efficiently resolve complex technical issues. Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Stay up to date with technological trends and propose improvements to processes, tools, and technologies. Participate in defining and evolving the front-end architecture, integrating it with RESTful APIs and microservices. About You Minimum 5 years of professional front-end development experience, including at least 3 years working with Angular (modern versions). Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML, and CSS/SCSS—including preprocessors, methodologies such as BEM, and responsive design. Proven experience with automated testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress, or similar) and test-driven development (TDD/BDD). In-depth knowledge of version control tools such as Git. Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum) and using tools such as Jira or Confluence. Ability to lead technical teams, plan sprints, and manage deliveries under tight deadlines.
