We are looking for a person with excellent presence, a strong service orientation, and passion for premium customer service. You will be part of a team committed to delivering unique experiences and exceptional quality standards to our guests. **Your responsibilities will include:** Receiving and welcoming spa customers and hotel guests. Managing reservations, scheduling, and coordinating treatments. Handling phone inquiries and advising on services and products. Providing personalized accompaniment to ensure a luxury experience. Controlling access, processing payments, and closing the cash register. Coordinating schedules with therapists and other spa team members. Supervising order, appearance, and standards within the wellness area. Maintaining the area tidy, clean, and uncluttered.
