**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Graduates, Engineers or Holders of an Official Master's Degree to support the updating of an Air Quality Control Program for the Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Review of measures included in the Program and assessment of achievement of objectives set for each measure. * Technical foundations for updating certain measures included therein. * Review of the regulatory framework. * Review of the full set of reference indicators for monitoring compliance with the measures. * Detailed technical analysis of emission reduction measures. * Development of proposals to address deficiencies identified in prior analyses. * Analysis and proposal of additional measures regarding other health-harmful pollutants, particularly fine particles, black carbon, and methane; and possibility of including mercury, dioxins and furans, or ozone as affected pollutants. * Compilation of information on policies and measures, and adaptation of high-value datasets to European requirements concerning open data. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents certifying the data declared in the application, as well as to require further information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Possession of a Bachelor’s, Engineering or Graduate degree with an Official Master’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology or Biochemistry (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). #### **Languages** * English, minimum level B2 (level will be verified during the selection process). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced-level Excel proficiency (to be verified during technical assessment). * Advanced-level Word proficiency (to be verified during technical assessment). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in atmospheric pollution and/or air quality. #### **Languages** * English level: C1 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Possibility of formalizing a training contract for acquiring professional practice associated with the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor shall a prior training contract of this type associated with the same qualification have been executed for more than 6 months). * Academic and/or employment experience of at least two months in emission inventory work. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current labor legislation for each contractual modality.
