SRE & Observability Coordinator

Job Title: **What will you do on the team?** Your mission will be to lead the DevOps and Automation team, managing cloud and Kubernetes environments with a DevSecOps focus, driving automation and AI adoption in operations, and ensuring the availability, resilience, and evolution of both cloud-native and legacy platforms. Additionally: You will define and implement the **SecDevOps strategy**, managing security across the CI/CD pipeline and protecting platforms. You will manage multicloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure), automating deployments while ensuring availability and efficiency. You will administer Kubernetes and containerized environments, enabling secure and scalable deployments. You will enhance observability, automation, and AIOps to improve operational reliability. You will lead technological and team evolution, driving the modernization of legacy environments toward cloud-native architectures. **What do you need?** Education: Formal academic degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Middleware Administrator roles. Languages: English proficiency at C1 level or higher. Other skills and knowledge: Production experience with Java/Python, multicloud Kubernetes (AWS/Azure), and advanced monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Nagios. **What do we offer?** Hybrid work model with flexibility based on project and business needs.
