Summary: We are seeking a Verification and Validation (V&V) Manager to lead validation and verification activities and teams, ensuring compliance with system requirements in the space sector. If you want to know more about us go to GMV website. **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?** We are looking for a **Verification and Validation (V\&V) Manager** to lead validation and verification activities, ensuring compliance with the system’s functional, performance, security and availability requirements. * Activity management: defining and maintaining the Integration, Verification and Validation strategy; defining, planning, coordinating and supervising test campaigns; managing traceability matrices between requirements, test cases and results; ensuring complete coverage of functional and non\-functional requirements * Technical management: lead technical reviews related to V\&V (TRR, TRB, QR, etc.); coordinate integration activities with teams; oversee defect resolution; ensure the correct configuration and maintenance of test environments * Team management: lead teams of V\&V engineers, assign tasks, set priorities and track milestones; facilitate communication; promote best practices in quality, automation and continuous improvement. * Client management and reporting: act as the point of contact for the client; prepare and present documentation related to V\&V (test plans, procedures, reports, etc.) **WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?** We are looking for people with an interest in the space sector and experience in: * **V\&V Lead, Test Manager or Systems Validation Manager.** * Work in multinational environments. * **V\&V\-related tools**: Test Management (e.g. qTest, Xray, Test Rail, Zephyr, HP ALM / Quality Center), Automated * Testing (e.g. Robotframework, Selenium/Playwright) * CI/CD\-related tools (e.g. Jenkins, Github, Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm, Rancher) * **Linux environments** **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** **Hybrid working model** and 4 **weeks** per year of **teleworking outside** your usual **geographical area.** **Flexible** start and finish **times**, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer. **Personalized career plan** development, training and **language learning** support.
