Collaborative work environment Job Offer: Hotel Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the flawless operation of our facilities. Your primary objective will be to guarantee a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for our guests through preventive and corrective building maintenance. **Main Responsibilities** * **Repair** malfunctions in guest rooms (plumbing, electricity, furniture, blinds). * **Inspect** central heating, air conditioning, and hot water systems periodically. * **Perform** basic painting, carpentry, and masonry work in common areas. * **Maintain** exterior facilities, including access points, lighting, and swimming pools. * **Respond promptly** to technical incidents reported by reception or housekeeping. * **Strictly comply** with safety, health, and occupational risk prevention regulations. **Minimum Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in hotel or large-building maintenance. * **Education:** Vocational Training (FP) qualification in Electricity, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field. * **Knowledge:** Low-voltage electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry. * **Skills:** Ability to independently and quickly resolve problems. * **Attitude:** Customer-service orientation, discretion, and teamwork. * **Availability:** Flexible schedule to work rotating shifts and weekends. **Desirable Qualifications (Valued)** * **Swimming Pools:** Certification in hygienic-sanitary pool maintenance. * **Legionella:** Official course in legionellosis prevention and control. **What We Offer** * **Contract:** Indefinite full-time contract with competitive salary. * **Environment:** Join a dynamic team in a rapidly growing hotel. * **Benefits:** Company-provided uniform and continuous training. * Schedule includes **night shifts or on-call duties** Salary: Starting from €20,000.00 per year Application Questions: * Habitual residence in Leganés Work Location: On-site employment
