We seek someone capable of transforming organizational needs into processes, tools, and working methods that support the leadership of an organization comprising over 1,300 volunteers and 28 centers distributed across the national territory. The selected candidate will work transversally with the Board of Directors, Common Services, and the presidencies of the various centers to improve coordination, organization, and human resource management—enabling the entity’s mission. ASITES’ Common Services team comprises specialists in areas such as psychosocial intervention and personal development. With this recruitment, we aim to complement that team with a profile oriented toward organization, management, and process improvement—contributing to strengthening the functioning of governing bodies, inter-center coordination, and implementation of the Strategic Plan. **Profile:** Key responsibilities include: * Designing and implementing common organizational processes. * Coordinating cross-cutting projects derived from the Strategic Plan. * Supporting governing bodies in organizing and monitoring their activities. * Designing management dashboards and organizational indicators. * Developing common procedures and tools for the entire organization. * Promoting coordination among centers. * Supporting volunteer and staff management from an organizational perspective. * Coordinating leadership development and generational succession programs. These functions may evolve as the area develops and organizational needs change. We seek a candidate with the following profile: * Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent qualification in management. * Preferred: Postgraduate training in Human Resource Management, People Management, Social Entity Management, Project Management, or Organizational Development. * Preferred: Experience in the third sector. On-site position in Madrid, with availability to travel to the association’s centers across other Autonomous Communities for training sessions/work meetings.
