Drive sustainable growth of income from individuals by designing, implementing, and optimizing membership acquisition and retention strategies, individual donor engagement, and solidarity legacies. Key functions and responsibilities 1\. Donations, members, and collaborator relations * Ensure an effective, transparent, and satisfying donation experience. Comprehensive management of donations. * Design, implement, and analyze member and donor acquisition activities. * Manage member, collaborator, and donor retention, maintaining appropriate, results-oriented communication. * Develop initiatives aimed at bringing beneficiaries and their families closer to the organization’s supporter base, encouraging their involvement in the Foundation’s mission and facilitating, when appropriate, their participation as members through a respectful and approachable approach. 2\. Individual donor acquisition and strategy development * Design and execute acquisition campaigns across various channels (digital, face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail, etc.). * Identify new acquisition opportunities and optimize existing channels. * Develop proposals, campaigns, and strategic actions aimed at increasing individual income. * Innovate in fundraising initiatives and activities. 3\. Legacy program and donor development * Support the development and implementation of the solidarity legacy program. * Prepare awareness-raising materials and activities related to legacies. * Identify opportunities for acquiring high-contributing individual donors. * Manage relationships with potential donors. 4\. Operational management of the area * Support various sustainability and fundraising initiatives and campaigns. Monitor planning execution. 1• Register and administer contacts, donations, reports, and other administrative tasks using the CRM and digital tools. * Prepare periodic monitoring and results reports. * Analyze key performance indicators to support decision-making. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other Foundation departments. 5\. Coordination and representation * Coordinate external providers and collaborators linked to fundraising. * Participate in fundraising-related events, conferences, networks, and forums. * Represent the department and the organization as required. ??
