Software Development Governance We are seeking a GSD profile to join the Software Development Governance area of a major banking client. The role focuses on repository control, access security, DORA compliance, and monitoring governance models throughout the software lifecycle. Responsibilities * Continuous evaluation of the governance model applied to repositories (on-premises, cloud, distributed). * Review of repository status, access rights, permissions, and segregation of duties. * Regulatory DORA compliance: validating who is authorized to modify and deploy changes. * Coordination with various technical and security teams. * Measuring progress, identifying deviations, and reporting. * Preparing technical documentation, guidelines, and standards. * Conceptual review of processes: compilation, builds, pipelines, deployments.
