




At our Amavir SANT CUGAT residence, we are seeking to hire a full-time nurse, with working hours to be agreed upon with the selected candidate. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: conducting comprehensive resident assessments upon admission and maintaining up-to-date records concerning health-related aspects of the clinical file, as well as ensuring accurate documentation of clinical progress or episodes; delivering scheduled healthcare interventions according to medical protocols, patient safety measures, and instructions from physicians and/or Nursing Management and/or Nursing Coordination; administering, recording, verifying, and updating prescribed pharmacological treatments for each resident; updating the Individualized Care Plan (ICP)/Auxiliary Staff Sheet whenever there is any change in the resident’s condition and training auxiliary staff on its content. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1900'
