Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with proven experience to supervise and direct the execution of building construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards, while proactively managing subcontractors and human resources. Active participation in interesting construction projects We seek a candidate with proven experience supervising and directing building construction project execution in Madrid. The professional will join our team to assume responsibility for detailed control over the execution of unique construction works, working under the direct supervision of the Site Manager. Proactive and efficient subcontractor management will be essential, consistently ensuring compliance with scheduled deadlines and defined quality standards for each project. The ability to perform daily attendance monitoring of on-site personnel will be fundamental to optimizing available human resources. Additionally, precise execution of building layout surveys will be required, guaranteeing accuracy in the placement and dimensions of all structural elements. A significant portion of daily tasks will involve measuring ongoing construction work, maintaining a comprehensive record of progress and materials used. This position represents an opportunity to actively participate in highly interesting construction projects. The selected candidate is expected to provide holistic oversight of construction management—from initial planning through final delivery—always prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage of the process. The contract will be temporary and full-time. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) course of 60 hours. Knowledge of preventive resources.
