A future we have been defining for years alongside our employees—by inventing solutions that transform how people work, enabling sustainable performance. **What will be your key objectives as a Functional Payroll Consultant?** Provide functional and legal support to clients using the Payroll and HR software, ensuring the application correctly adapts to regulatory changes and each organization’s specific needs. You will serve as a key reference point for legal interpretation, functional parameterization, and product evolution—collaborating closely with development, support, and end-customer teams. As a Functional Payroll Consultant, you will: * Address and resolve functional incidents related to application usage. * Gather client requirements and analyze functional adaptations of the product. * Configure and parameterize the Payroll module according to client needs. * Document the application’s various functional areas and new developments. * Conduct functional testing prior to releasing updates. * Analyze legal changes and collaborate on their correct implementation within the software. * Participate in continuous product improvement and functional evolution projects. * Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure service quality. **About You** -------------------- * Education in Labor Relations, Computer Science, or a related field (minimum: higher vocational training; university degree preferred). * Experience in **functional payroll and HR consulting**, preferably in the public sector. * Knowledge of the **full payroll cycle**, **Social Security**, **Personal Income Tax (IRPF)**, and **Spanish labor regulations**. * Optionally, technical knowledge (especially SQL) to efficiently complete tasks. * Ability to manage direct client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored functional solutions. * Proactive profile, customer-oriented, with strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and efficient task management. *Beyond professional skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and experience their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
