Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Analyst with experience in Life Insurance and group products for a strategic project at a leading insurance company, collaborating with business and IT teams. We are looking for a Functional Analyst with experience in the **Life Insurance** business, specialized in **group products (Risk and Annuities)**, to join a strategic project at a leading insurance company. The selected candidate will work closely with business and IT teams, participating in the design, evolution, and maintenance of key solutions for the Life Insurance business. **Main Responsibilities** * Support business stakeholders in defining functional requirements. * Participate in requirements gathering and functional design of solutions. * Develop and execute test plans. * Guide and advise business users. * Perform functional analysis for projects and corrective/evolutionary maintenance activities. * Collaborate on project tasks within defined methodological frameworks. * Coordinate work with various teams (business, IT, vendors). **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in the Life Insurance business, especially in: o Group Products o Life Risk and Annuities * Knowledge of processes including: o Pricing o Policy Issuance * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Business-oriented, analytical, and functional profile. * Experience working in collaborative environments and complex projects. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Life Insurance systems such as REEF, NEO, IDMS * Experience in Host / legacy environments * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite Location and Work Modality * Flexible arrangement (remote work with occasional on-site presence as required by the project) What We Offer * Opportunity to join a stable, high-impact business project. * Collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams. * Participation in key initiatives within the Life Insurance area.
