We are seeking a **Generative AI Manager** to join our team in Madrid and lead generative AI initiatives focused on business transformation and the creation of innovative solutions built on foundational models. The selected candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and actively participate in defining, designing, and implementing scalable GenAI architectures, collaborating with clients and technical teams to translate business needs into high-impact solutions. The role is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model—working some days remotely from home and others in the office, where you can create meaningful synergies with your wider team. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions based on large language models (LLMs), leveraging Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Agentic AI architectures. * Design and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions, prompt engineering strategies, and agent orchestration mechanisms using LangGraph and associated technologies. * Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, overseeing technical delivery quality and ensuring alignment with functional and business objectives. * Engage in client-facing activities, executive presentations, value proposition definition, and development of generative AI technology roadmaps. **Key Responsibilities** * Define reference architectures for enterprise GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, availability, and maintainability. * Lead the full development lifecycle of intelligent agent-based solutions—including functional analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, and production rollout. * Oversee software component development in Python integrated with cloud services and generative AI ecosystems. * Drive adoption of software engineering best practices, observability, versioning, and model governance. * Manage and develop professional teams, providing mentoring, technical guidance, and career progression support. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify generative AI–driven business opportunities and accelerate their implementation. **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 8 years of professional experience in technology, software development, data, or artificial intelligence roles. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence projects. * Hands-on experience developing and maintaining language model–based agents using OpenAI and LangGraph. * Professional experience in software development. * Experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions. * Experience applying prompt engineering techniques in enterprise environments. * Professional experience developing applications in Python. * English proficiency level C1. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related university degree. **Desirable Qualifications** * Professional experience using LangChain. * Professional experience with Kubernetes. * Professional experience in cloud environments. * Experience in fine-tuning and customizing foundational models. * Experience in microservices architectures and containerized environments. * Familiarity with other generative AI platforms and open-source models.
