Your work will directly contribute to the organization’s continuous improvement and digital transformation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** \- Provide functional support to users and business teams. \- Analyze information and monitor KPIs to prepare reports and dashboards. \- Identify, log, and track incidents related to applications and internal processes. \- Participate in task automation and optimization using corporate tools. \- Maintain and update databases, queries, and reports. \- Collaborate on continuous improvement and digital transformation projects. \- Prepare functional documentation, procedures, and support materials. \- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve incidents and evolve applications. \- Participate in meetings and projects with national and international stakeholders. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Science, Systems, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in functional support, data analysis, or application management. * Knowledge of databases and SQL. * Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing. * Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps). \- Advanced Excel skills. \- English proficiency at B2 level or higher. **WE WILL ESPECIALLY VALUE** * Knowledge of Tableau. * Experience with business reporting and analytics tools. * Knowledge of system integration and data management. * Experience documenting processes and procedures. * Experience in multinational environments.
