Functions and Responsibilities Identify employment opportunities and conduct corporate prospecting activities. Establish and strengthen collaborative relationships with companies, employers, and employment and training resources within the Community of Madrid. Acquire, manage, and disseminate job vacancies. Analyze professional profiles and match participants with suitable employment opportunities aligned with their competencies and career goals. Support participants throughout selection processes, including assistance in tailoring applications and preparing for interviews. Monitor hiring and labor insertion outcomes, maintaining continuous communication with both companies and participants. Coordinate activities with the labor orientation team and other technical staff. Participate in coordination forums, networks, and meetings with companies, partner organizations, etc. Collaborate closely with neighborhood associations to bring employment opportunities closer to local residents and foster cooperation with the local business community. Prepare prospecting reports, company follow-up reports, labor insertion reports, and activity indicators. Manage technical and administrative documentation for the project, ensuring compliance with requirements set forth by the funding entity and contributing to continuous service improvement. Requirements University degree (Bachelor’s, Licentiate, or Diploma), preferably in Social Sciences, Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, Sociology, Law, Labor Relations, or related disciplines. Minimum three years’ experience in labor intermediation and corporate prospecting. Experience in acquiring and managing job offers and engaging directly with companies. Experience supporting participants during selection and labor insertion processes. Experience working on projects funded by public administrations or third-sector entities. Experience preparing technical reports and managing documentation linked to subsidized projects. Knowledge of the labor market in the Community of Madrid and sectors offering the greatest employment opportunities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and collaborative tools. Ability to prepare technical reports, summaries, and justificatory documentation. Ability to negotiate, establish institutional relationships, and develop alliances with companies and partner entities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in non-profit organizations and social intervention projects. Experience organizing job fairs or networking events between companies and job seekers. Working Conditions **Contract Type:** 1 permanent contract and 1 substitute contract. **Salary:** €30,015.00 per year (compensation according to the State Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention). **Working Hours:** Full-time.
