Description
A position is available to carry out administrative tasks in the Villaverde district, supporting a social care team. The mission is to support community development and social cohesion processes, accompanying the neighborhood's urban transformation. Responsibilities include accounting registration of expenses, invoice management, and preparation of the project's financial report. The role also involves collaborating with suppliers, managing supplies and insurance, and updating databases. Additional tasks include supporting training sessions and community activities.
The contract is temporary and full-time. Flexible working hours and part-time remote work are offered. There are 60 free hours per year and 23 working days of vacation. The team provides a laptop and smartphone, with access to digital tools.
