Educational intervention with young adults residing in various apartments located across several municipalities in Madrid, coming from the guardianship resources of the Community of Madrid. Intervention targeting personal development processes. Planning, development, and monitoring of comprehensive intervention pathways. Design of workshops and individual and group interventions defined in each young person’s educational program. Accompaniment and support in administrative procedures. Organization and supervision of daily tasks in the residence. Interventions during cohabitation situations/crises among residents. Mediation in conflict situations. Implementation of group leisure activities. Individual assessment, intervention, and evaluation of residents. Willingness to work flexible hours (morning/afternoon), adapting to the needs and activity schedules of the young people. Usual shift: Saturday to Tuesday. Part-time position: 20 hours/week CAT 1 Social Action Agreement Immediate incorporation expected **Profile:** Degree in Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, or other university degrees in the socio-educational field. Experience in direct care and intervention with young people at risk of social exclusion.
