Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to work on the production line in Casarrubios del Monte (Toledo). Tasks include handling, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products, as well as placing goods in the warehouse and performing occasional loads of approximately 15 to 20 kilograms. It is essential to maintain a steady pace and comply with job-related quality and safety standards. The environment is dynamic, and the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the needs of the production process is highly valued. A renewable monthly temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with a split shift from 8:00 to 16:30, including a 30-minute lunch break. During summer, Friday hours are reduced: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30, and Friday from 7:00 to 15:30, always maintaining the same lunch break. The salary is €9.546 gross per hour, commensurate with responsibilities. Immediate availability to start and a personal vehicle to reach the workplace are required. Prior experience in similar tasks and willingness to learn will be valued. Additionally, experience operating a forklift and holding a valid forklift license will be considered a significant advantage. A personal vehicle is required to reach the workplace, and immediate availability to begin is mandatory. Experience operating a forklift and possession of a valid forklift license will be positively regarded.
