As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist with openings and closings—key elements in planning a successful shift. You will spend a significant portion of your time learning what it takes to run a profitable restaurant, for example: managing schedules, orders, and budgets. The core principle is understanding that our customers expect the best from us—and you will lead your team to deliver exactly that.
