Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to define the visual interfaces of digital products, ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Madrid Full-time Permanent employee **What will you be responsible for?** ----------------------------------- Designing and defining the visual interface of the company's digital products—including websites, enterprise applications, landing pages, and internal and external technological solutions—ensuring visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives and Development team requirements. **Who are we looking for?** -------------------------- * Design interfaces for web applications, internal enterprise applications, and technology platforms. * Design and maintain conversion-oriented, performance-driven, and user-experience-focused landing pages. * Collaborate closely with the Development team (frontend and backend) throughout the product lifecycle. * Translate functional and technical requirements into clear, usable visual solutions. * Produce wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final designs ready for development. * Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. * Ensure visual consistency across digital products while respecting brand identity. Education: * Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields. * Academic or technical training focused on digital product and web environment design. * Academic or professional experience in digital or technological environments (real projects, internships, personal projects, or professional portfolio). * Participation in digital product design projects such as websites, web applications, or technology platforms. * Experience working with development teams or technical profiles. Specialization: * UX/UI design applied to digital and technological products. * Interface design for web and enterprise applications. * User-Centered Design (UCD). Tools and Software: * Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (mandatory). * Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools (desirable). * Interactive prototyping tools. * Collaboration and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar). Systems and Processes: * Work using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Continuous collaboration with frontend and backend development teams. * Use and maintenance of Design Systems. * Design version control and handoff to development. * Continuous iteration processes based on business and user feedback. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in real-world UX/UI design projects for web or enterprise applications. * Experience designing conversion-oriented landing pages (CRO). * Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
