The selected candidate will provide direct support to users and equipment, ensuring system operability and service quality. ***Responsibilities*** On-site micro-IT support: * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents involving PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers, and peripherals Installation, configuration, and updates of: * Operating systems * Desktop applications Equipment and peripheral configuration Inventory management: * Adding, removing, relocating, and updating device specifications Control of equipment loans to internal users Equipment relocation and installation On-site interventions at facilities: * Server reboots * Equipment connection Monitoring and inspections: * Daily review of the device fleet * Support for special events (e.g., prime time, major events) Video wall configuration and management (VuWall2\) Technical documentation: * Updating wiki pages and procedures Testing and validation: * Execution of end-user tests * Documentation of errors and results * Proposal of additional tests to ensure service stability ***What We Offer*** * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 23:59 (Mon-Sun) * Work mode: On-site **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum 2 years’ experience in: * On-site micro-IT support within a CAU environment * Use of Jira and Confluence (Atlassian) tools * Review and testing of native applications **Desirable** * Experience with: VuWall2 software (video wall), Bcube CMS If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, do not hesitate — apply now...
