Our client is a Spanish publishing and audiovisual communications group with a presence in more than 20 countries. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implementation of Microsoft infrastructures: Develop robust and scalable architectures using Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, ensuring their integration and optimal operation. * Identity and access management: Administer Active Directory to ensure efficient management of users, groups, and security policies, maintaining information integrity and confidentiality. * Security monitoring and compliance: Implement and monitor security policies aligned with regulations and industry best practices, protecting systems against threats and vulnerabilities. * Performance optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring their availability and operational efficiency. * Technical advisory: Provide expert guidance to other teams and departments on the effective use of Microsoft technologies, facilitating the adoption of new tools and processes. * Updates and maintenance: Stay current with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory updates and releases, applying necessary improvements and patches to ensure system stability and security. * Strong technical experience: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies. * Analytical capability: Ability to assess existing infrastructures and design solutions that enhance efficiency and security. * Project management: Experience leading implementation and migration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery and goal achievement. * Effective communication: Ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably to non-technical audiences, supporting informed decision-making. * Security orientation: Commitment to cybersecurity best practices and ability to implement controls that protect organizational infrastructure and data.
