Senior Back-End Engineer responsible for the design, development, and technical leadership of microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and software quality. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: * **Solution architecture and development:** Design and evolution of microservices within distributed architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and quality. Use of AI to accelerate development and improve technical decision-making. * **Technical leadership and expert reference:** Technical reference for the Backend team, leading design, problem resolution, and adoption of best practices. Driving efficient and responsible use of AI within the team. * **Quality, security, and regulatory compliance:** Ensuring standards for quality, performance, security, and regulatory compliance, supported by automation for testing, code analysis, and vulnerability detection. * **Engineering excellence and DevSecOps culture:** Promoting clean code, SOLID principles, testing, and automation, integrating security from the start.
