We seek a candidate with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, capable of implementing and configuring advanced solutions within collaborative and agile environments. Essential Requirements: * Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. * Knowledge of Copilot Service Workspace (per official documentation). * Experience implementing and configuring the Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework. * Practical knowledge of the Microsoft APM SDK. * Experience in JavaScript programming. Desirable Knowledge: * Experience with TypeScript. Skills and Competencies: * Teamwork using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Jira. * Ability to assess functional requirements and compare them against the product’s standard functionalities, ensuring alignment with client needs. * Autonomy and accountability in task management, maintaining high quality standards in development and implementation.
