We are looking for a **Junior Data Analyst** to support the analysis, monitoring, and enhancement of key academic and institutional indicators—by working with large volumes of data, visualization tools, advanced analytics, and automation solutions—contributing to strategic decision-making, improvement of university quality, compliance with academic indicators, and positioning in rankings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Academic and Institutional Data Analysis** * Extraction, cleaning, and analysis of large volumes of data from various internal and external sources. * Analytical processing and interpretation of academic, quality, satisfaction, and ranking indicators. * Identification of patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. **Data Management and Quality** * Design and maintenance of databases for indicator analysis and monitoring. * Improvement of data collection and processing procedures. * Ensuring integrity, consistency, and reliability of managed information. **Data Visualization and Reporting** * Development of interactive dashboards in Power BI and other reporting tools. * Creation of automated reports and ad hoc reports for various teams. * Clear and concise presentation of results to facilitate decision-making. **Artificial Intelligence Applied to Data Analysis** * Support in applying AI tools for automating analysis, data processing, information synthesis, and reporting processes. * Collaboration in designing and testing AI-based solutions aimed at monitoring indicators, rankings, and university quality. * Supporting innovation initiatives designed to enhance efficiency in data usage and information-driven decision-making. * Participation in building and testing AI agents intended to facilitate querying, accessing, and reusing institutional data. **Requirements:** --------------- **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration and Management, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, or related fields.
