Top Employer Europe 2024 **Job Description** We are looking for a **Junior BMC Helix ITSM Technician** to join our IT operations and service management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support, maintaining, and configuring the BMC Helix ITSM platform, ensuring that incident, problem, and change management are performed efficiently and aligned with business processes (ITIL).
