




**SAMCA INMOBILIARIA** We manage urban leasing activities for buildings and premises located in prime areas of major cities in Spain and Portugal. **YOUR MISSION** Our Real Estate Technicians are responsible for managing SAMCA's real estate assets. * You will monitor the maintenance status of real estate assets and evaluate construction projects. * You will supervise renovations, improvements, and adaptations according to current regulations. * You will conduct analysis, monitoring, and control of technical projects implemented by tenants. * You will manage relationships with tenants and with maintenance, security, and cleaning companies. * You will coordinate contact with institutions and ensure compliance with all mandatory documents and certificates required for a sustainable building. The work team You will join the SAMCA INMOBILIARIA team based in Madrid.
