Restaurant Manager / Supervisor – La Ramona Street Food At La Ramona, we continue to grow and are looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants to join a dynamic project with real professional development opportunities within an expanding brand. We seek a candidate with experience in team and foodservice operations management, passionate about customer service, results-oriented, and accustomed to working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Main Responsibilities * Full daily operational management of the restaurant. * Lead, train, and motivate the team. * Ensure service excellence and outstanding customer experience. * Monitor sales, costs, and productivity. * Oversee inventory and ordering processes. * Ensure compliance with operational and food safety procedures. * Maintain the establishment’s image and brand standards. Requirements * Prior experience as Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Supervisor in organized foodservice. * Ability to lead teams and manage conflicts. * Experience working in dynamic, high-demand environments. * Results orientation and goal achievement focus. * Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills. * Flexible availability.
